FixFlow capabilities
The jobs FixFlow takes off your week
Your site or a client's. Each section below is one capability: what it does, what it replaces, and where to see it in the demo.
Do this first
Do this first: a ship order, not a crawl export
What it does
FixFlow ranks the technical work on the scanned URL: title and meta, then indexation, then schema, then fetch speed, then thin internal links. Each row is one action. It is a checklist a developer can start Monday, not an Ahrefs-sized URL dump.
What it replaces
It replaces the 40-page audit PDF nobody opens and the Friday debate about which ticket is first. The client already knows they are not found. They need the order.
Pages to write
Pages to write: the spec, not the article
What it does
FixFlow drafts 5 to 10 briefs: the question people ask, the angle, a FAQ outline, and the schema type. You write the pages. FixFlow stays the spec.
What it replaces
It replaces the vague “you should publish more content” slide. The writer gets a spec. The CMS login stays with the team.
Citation watch
Citation watch: AI answers cite you, or they do not
What it does
Each month FixFlow re-runs the same prompts and records cited / not cited / no longer cited. The prompts are ChatGPT-style. That trend is why Pro exists. A one-shot GEO score is not a retainer.
What it replaces
It replaces last quarter's screenshot and the hope that a blog post still gets mentioned. You can show whether you are still in the answer.
Ship → Verify → Receipt
Ship → Verify → Receipt: the fix is live, or it is not done
What it does
Generate the fix, pick WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, GitHub, or clipboard, copy or download the paste pack, and mark it shipped. You keep the CMS login. FixFlow stores a snapshot of what left the building, re-scans the live page, and issues a client receipt only when the issue is gone. Applied without proof stays Applied. Verified means the page matches.
What it replaces
It replaces the Slack ping “did you paste the JSON-LD?” and the Friday scramble to prove a junior actually shipped. The agency keeps the CMS login; FixFlow keeps the before/after evidence.
Citation Receipt
Citation receipt: proof you can keep
What it does
Save the prompt, the engine, the excerpt the model used, and the competitor you displaced. Attach it to a Verified fix. The receipt is a shareable link you can drop into a QBR or keep for yourself.
What it replaces
It replaces the screenshot that nobody trusts next month. Mentions become a dated artifact with a URL, not a vibe about AI visibility.
Verified fix log
Verified log: every receipt is a line
What it does
When a fix verifies, FixFlow writes a row: site, work, receipt, suggested fee by severity. Export the month. Founders keep the proof. Agencies can invoice from it.
What it replaces
It replaces the end-of-month spreadsheet where someone guesses how many titles were rewritten. Verified is the unit. The fee is a suggestion you can edit.
Override radar
Override radar: catch Yoast, themes, and prerender stomping your fix
What it does
If a shipped title, meta, or JSON-LD disappears on the next scan, FixFlow reopens the issue and names a likely cause: SEO plugin, theme, prerender, or unknown. Drift Watch tells you a score moved. Override radar tells you who overwrote the patch.
What it replaces
It replaces the mystery regression after a theme update. Agencies stop rediscovering the same meta gap every sprint.
GEO Score (AI visibility)
GEO Score: a number you can put in a client deck
What it does
GEO Score is a 0-100 index of whether AI answer engines can discover and understand the brand. It is a weighted mean of five crawlable dimensions: brand clarity 25, AI accessibility 25, content structure 20, authority signals 20, schema coverage 10. Each dimension is checks passed over checks in that dimension, times 100. Citability is a separate on-demand model test and does not enter the number. The score sits next to the classic SEO score; it does not replace it.
What it replaces
It replaces the vague Friday question “are we showing up in ChatGPT?” and the ad-hoc habit of pasting a prompt into Perplexity and screenshotting the answer. Consultants get a repeatable score they can put next to organic traffic, instead of a gut feel about AI visibility.
Fix generator
Fix generator: ship meta, JSON-LD, and GEO briefs
What it does
From the issues the scan found, FixFlow drafts meta, JSON-LD, llms.txt, and GEO briefs. You copy the paste pack into WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or GitHub. FixFlow re-scans and attaches a Citation Receipt when Verified. Invalid output stays flagged for review.
What it replaces
It replaces the two-hour block after every audit where a strategist rewrites titles in a doc, a developer is asked for “some schema,” and nobody owns llms.txt. The agency keeps the judgment; the generator removes the blank-page work that used to eat the delivery week.
Drift Watch alerts
Drift Watch: weekly re-scan, email only when something breaks
What it does
On Pro and Scale, every monitored site is re-scanned each week and compared to the last baseline. You get an email when the SEO or GEO score drops, a new critical issue appears, or the title, meta description, or canonical changes. Quiet weeks stay quiet. The dashboard keeps the score history and the issue changelog so you can show a client what moved, not just that you “checked the site.”
What it replaces
It replaces the monthly recrawl you never quite schedule, the Screaming Frog project that goes stale after a plugin update, and the client email that starts with “we noticed the title changed. Did you know?” Drift Watch is the junior who watches the roster so the consultant only spends time on regressions.
White-label client reports
White-label reports: the client sees your agency, not FixFlow
What it does
Shareable links and printable views go out under the agency brand. On Scale, set your name and logo in Settings; FixFlow stays off the cover when you hide it. A custom hostname can be attached on request after you add a CNAME. The same audit you used internally becomes the artifact you attach to a Slack thread or a monthly QBR.
What it replaces
It replaces exporting a PDF, stripping another vendor’s logo in Figma, and uploading a renamed file to the client Drive. The report is already the deliverable. That is why Scale exists as a plan, not as a toggle buried in settings.
Multi-client issue tracker
Multi-client tracker: every open issue, one In Progress view
What it does
Issues do not vanish after a scan. They keep a status (New, In Progress, Applied, Verified), and on Scale you see every open item across the roster on one screen. Filter by site, severity, or owner-in-practice (whoever marked it In Progress). It is the difference between fifteen browser tabs and a single Monday standup list.
What it replaces
It replaces the agency spreadsheet with one tab per client, the Notion board that nobody updates after the kickoff, and the “wait, who is fixing the canonical on shop.client.com?” message in the team channel. The tracker is the operations layer; the scan is just how new rows appear.
See the product, then pick a plan
The demo uses the same dashboard a paying workspace sees. Pricing is next if you already know you need a roster.
