The first list is a ship order, not a crawl export

FixFlow ranks title, indexation, schema, speed, then thin internal links. Each row is one Monday action. It is not a 10,000-URL dump. The client already knows they are not found.

Order beats volume

A 40-page crawl PDF names every thin URL. Nobody opens it. The client already knows they are not found. They need the order: what to ship this week so a crawler and a model can see the brand. FixFlow ranks the technical work on the scanned URL. Title and meta first, then indexation, then schema, then fetch speed, then thin internal links. Each row is one action. A developer can start Monday.

That order is the product rule, not a suggestion in a slide. A beautiful schema block on a page Google will not index is wasted work. A fast page with a title that never names the brand still fails brand clarity. We put title first because every later fix hangs on a document the crawler can name.

What each row actually means

Title and meta: length, uniqueness, and whether the brand and the job appear. Indexation: status codes, canonicals, robots, and whether the URL you care about is the URL the crawler is allowed to keep. Schema: JSON-LD that identifies the organization and the page type, not a dump of every type Schema.org has ever published. Speed: fetch time for the HTML we actually retrieved, not a lab filmstrip from another tool. Orphan and internal links: whether the page is reachable from something a crawler already found.

This is the scanned URL, not a site-wide 10k graph. If you need that graph, you already have Screaming Frog. FixFlow will not become a crawler. The Shopify and WordPress audit pages exist so you can start from a CMS-shaped URL, then use this order on the homepage you pasted.

Agencies ask for a version of this list per template: collection pages, product pages, blog posts. We still start with the URL they pasted. A Shopify homepage and a product URL do not share the same title problem. Run the scan on the URL you will actually ship this week. The audit hub is a directory of starting points, not a second crawler.

Pages to write stay a spec

After the technical list, FixFlow can draft 5 to 10 briefs: the question people ask, the angle, a FAQ outline, and the schema type. You or the agency write the pages. FixFlow does not become the writer. The CMS login stays with the team. The brief is the spec you hand to a human.

That split is the job. Found: the ordered list and the GEO checks. Repair: the paste pack you apply. Prove: the live re-scan, the receipt, and monthly cited / not cited. The features page names those parts. Pricing is which plan keeps the monthly check.

What we will not add

FixFlow will not turn into a 10k crawler, a keyword rank tracker, a daily share-of-voice product, an AI writer, or a paid-ads funnel tool. Those jobs belong elsewhere. The homepage states the job. This article states the ship order. The audit hub is where you pick a site type and run the free score.

If a prospect asks for “a full crawl like Screaming Frog,” the honest answer is: we will not. We will give them the first five actions on the URL they pasted, the GEO number on that URL, and a pack they can paste. That is the list. Everything else is a different product. Sell the crawl as a crawl. Sell FixFlow as the Monday order, the paste pack, and the receipt. Mixing the two in one line item is how the PDF comes back.

How this list meets GEO

The ship order and the GEO Score share a URL and they do not share a job. The list tells a developer what to paste this week. GEO Score tells an account lead whether a model can discover, name, and cite the brand after that paste. You can have a clean title and a missing /llms.txt. You can have /llms.txt and a canonical that points at a parameter URL. Do both. Start with the list. Re-score GEO when the pack is live. That is the verify step, not a new crawl.

When a client asks “are we on ChatGPT?”, do not open a private chat and screenshot it. Open the GEO method, show the four checks, then show citation watch for the month. The list in this article is how you got there without a 40-page PDF. If they still want the crawl, sell the crawl as a separate line. Do not hide it inside FixFlow. The scan, the pack, and the receipt are the product. The 10k export is not.
